Impeka ERP
A business management system tailored to the client company’s specific processes and operational model
Impeka ERP has been developed and improved for several years – it is a continuously evolving system tailored to the specific operational needs of the company. It covers the entire production chain – from receiving customer orders to the final product shipment.
The main system functionalities include:
- automated handling of customer orders – from receipt to production submission,
- tracking of work performed by production employees and payroll calculation,
- management of packing, loading, and product shipment,
- confirmation of cargo reception at other city warehouses.
Important integrations implemented in this project include:
- with electronic banking,
- with the accounting software Rivile GAMA,
- with production equipment (machines), ensuring smooth data exchange between systems.

My Real Way
Long-term partnership with Real Way: e-commerce and business management solutions
We have been collaborating with the international company Real Way for over five years. During this time, we have completed numerous development tasks, automated business processes, and implemented integrations with various third-party systems.
Real Way specializes in the production and sale of peptides and bioregulators, and operates more than 12 online stores across various countries worldwide. Our goal was to create a centralized yet easily localizable e-commerce solution, allowing each branch to independently manage its own website and store, while enabling the head office to maintain full control over management. Launching a new branch in another country became possible within just a few hours by uploading the necessary translations.
The website and e-commerce tool were developed as a single system using October CMS. The business management system (ERP) was created as a completely separate system, where October CMS was used only as the basis for the administrative part (admin panel framework).
Main features:
E-commerce store: supports all standard e-commerce functions but stands out with customized solutions for doctors and influencers.
Doctor accounts: the ability to create patient profiles, form personalized shopping carts, and allow patients to purchase products with just a few clicks after receiving a notification with a link. The system automatically calculates and pays commissions to doctors.
Influencer system: allows sharing of referral links or discount codes. When an order is placed through these channels, the system automatically calculates the influencer’s due compensation.
ERP system: includes warehouse management (locations, stock levels, replenishments), sales statistics-based forecasting, automatic production ordering, sales data entry from all stores, invoicing, price and discount control, production planning, and more.
Over five years, so much functionality has been developed that listing everything would be difficult—only the main aspects are presented here. The system is continuously improved and expanded based on the client’s evolving business needs.

Customer Management System “Stega CMS”
UAB “Stega” had a solution developed for one of its main activities – construction equipment rental – connecting the physical rental point with a newly created online store. For this purpose, a custom Customer Management System (CMS) was programmed, becoming the central platform for managing all processes.
The Magento 2-based online store with an additional rental module allows customers not only to purchase but also to rent equipment online. By integrating with the CMS, all data (products, contracts, invoices, etc.) are now managed from a single place – the CMS. This eliminated the need to use the Magento admin panel.
The CMS was also extended with a warehouse module – implementing product stock control, condition monitoring, and product grouping. Customers who sign a rental agreement at the physical location can log into their account on the online store and view all documentation – from contracts to invoices.

Amber Crafts
Website and e-commerce solution
We created a modern website with an integrated online store, designed for both end customers and wholesalers. We implemented wholesaler management functionality – wholesalers are assigned to different groups with individual pricing rules. Additionally, we developed an invoice management module that allows clients to manually generate invoices, while online store orders automatically generate invoices. All solutions are tailored for convenient and efficient online business management.
